These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Edgity application ("App", "Service"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Edgity is a sports analytics application operated by:
The App provides statistical analysis and mathematical probability calculations for sports events, currently covering football, tennis, and basketball (NBA). It is designed to support informed decision-making, not to provide betting advice or guarantee any outcomes.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under the legal age limit. If you become aware that a minor is using the App, please contact us immediately.
Edgity offers:
Season availability: Match coverage follows the competition calendar of each sport and league. Football leagues have seasonal breaks, tennis coverage follows the ATP/WTA tour calendar, and NBA regular-season matches typically run from October to April. Not all sports have matches available at all times of the year.
Important caveats:
The App includes an AI Assist feature powered by a third-party language model (Anthropic). It explains the statistical context of matches in natural language.

You use Edgity entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
Edgity strongly encourages responsible gambling practices. Only wager amounts you can comfortably afford to lose. If you feel you may have a gambling problem, please seek help:
Edgity offers two paid subscription tiers:
Quarterly and annual billing options are available at a discounted rate. Current prices for all billing periods are shown in the App before purchase. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required and may vary by region or currency conversion.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You authorize the Google Play Store to charge the applicable fee on each renewal.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Right: Under EU consumer protection law, EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal for new digital subscriptions, beginning on the day of purchase. To exercise this right, contact Google directly through their refund process or contact us at edgity.app@gmail.com. Note: by accessing premium content immediately upon subscribing, you may be deemed to have waived this right under Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m).
Refunds: Refunds are processed by the Google Play Store according to its refund policy. We do not directly process refunds. Partial-period refunds are not provided except where required by law.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days advance notice. New pricing applies at the next renewal — you may cancel before then if you do not accept the new price.

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through the Google Play Store to avoid further charges.
Upon termination, you lose access to all paid features. No refund is provided for terminated accounts unless required by applicable law (e.g., where termination results from our material breach).
All content provided by Edgity — including statistical models, probability calculations, expected value computations, algorithms, source code, design, branding, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of Gergely Gyüre and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App and its content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly display, or commercially exploit any predictions or analytics generated by Edgity without prior written consent.
We strive to provide continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
We will not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the service. Where appropriate, we may compensate subscribers for prolonged outages by extending subscription periods.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Edgity after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and may cancel your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
EU Consumer Rights: If you are an EU consumer, you retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law and the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform for dispute resolution.
