These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Edgity application ("App", "Service"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Edgity is a sports analytics application operated by:
The App provides statistical analysis and mathematical probability calculations for football matches. It is designed to support informed decision-making, not to provide betting advice or guarantee any outcomes.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under the legal age limit. If you become aware that a minor is using the App, please contact us immediately.
Edgity offers:
Season availability: Match coverage follows the competition calendar of each league. Leagues have seasonal breaks, so not every league has matches available at all times of the year.

The App includes an AI Assist feature powered by a third-party language model (Anthropic). It explains the statistical context of matches in natural language.

You use Edgity entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
Edgity strongly encourages responsible gambling practices. If you choose to bet elsewhere, do so responsibly. If gambling is causing you problems, please seek help:
Edgity offers one paid subscription with full access to football coverage, live matches, and AI Assist, billed weekly, monthly or annually. You can subscribe in two ways: in the Android app through Google Play (section 7.A), or on the web at edgity.app (section 7.B). Both give the same access and are linked to the same Edgity account.
Free Access: Without a subscription, you can unlock a limited number of football matches each day; the current number is shown in the App. For a match you unlock, you see the same match analysis as subscribers, except AI Assist. The day's featured match may also be shown with its featured market without using one of your free matches. AI Assist, Combo Lab and all other matches require a subscription. Free access requires no payment method and never converts into a paid subscription. We may change the number of free matches or what free access includes at any time.
Prices: Current prices for all billing periods are shown in the App before purchase. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required and may vary by region or currency conversion.
Day Pass: In some regions the App also offers a Day Pass — a one-time purchase that gives the same full access as a subscription for 24 hours from activation. The Day Pass does not renew automatically and is not a subscription. A Day Pass that has been used cannot be refunded, except in case of a technical error (for example, the payment went through but full access was not activated — contact us at support@edgity.app). Within the first 48 hours after purchase, Google Play's own refund policy applies. If you already have an active subscription, the Day Pass is not activated and Google Play refunds it automatically.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You authorize the Google Play Store to charge the applicable fee on each renewal.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Right: Under EU consumer protection law, EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal for new digital subscriptions, beginning on the day of purchase. To exercise this right, contact Google directly through their refund process or contact us at support@edgity.app. Note: by accessing premium content immediately upon subscribing, you may be deemed to have waived this right under Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m).
Refunds: Refunds are processed by the Google Play Store according to its refund policy. We do not directly process refunds. Partial-period refunds are not provided except where required by law.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days advance notice. New pricing applies at the next renewal — you may cancel before then if you do not accept the new price.
Seller: Web subscriptions are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service ("Sold through Link"). For a web purchase, Sold through Link, LLC ("Link"), a Stripe company, is the seller and merchant of record: it processes your payment, calculates and remits the applicable taxes, issues your receipt and handles payment-related support. Edgity (Gyüre Gergely e.v.) provides the service you subscribe to — full Edgity access — and remains responsible for that service. Link's terms of sale also apply to your purchase: link.com/terms (Sold Through Link Terms).
Plans and Prices: A web subscription is billed weekly, monthly or annually. The price, including applicable taxes, and the billing period are shown on the Pricing page and on the checkout page before you pay. We do not see or store your card details. The Day Pass is not available on the web.
On Your Statement: The charge will appear as LINK.COM* EDGITY.
Auto-Renewal: A web subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and is charged to the same payment method until you cancel. Before an annual renewal, you receive an email reminder at least 7 days in advance.
Cancellation: You can cancel a web subscription at any time in the web app (Subscription → Manage subscription) or in your Link account at link.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then and are not charged again.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers): You may withdraw from a web subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, by emailing support@edgity.app or by contacting Link support. At checkout, you confirm that you request the service to start immediately and acknowledge that if you withdraw within 14 days, you must pay a proportionate amount for the period used until your withdrawal. If you withdraw, you are refunded the amount you paid minus that proportionate amount. Where the law of your country gives you a cooling-off right, Link may also apply it directly.
Refunds: Refunds for web subscriptions are issued by us or by Link, to the original payment method. In certain cases, Link may also refund a payment on its own decision, within 60 days of the purchase. Details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refunds and Disputes End Access: If the payment for the current billing period is refunded, in full or in part, or disputed with your bank (chargeback), your paid access ends immediately and the web subscription is cancelled. This also applies to a refund made after a withdrawal.
Failed Payments: If a renewal payment fails, it is retried for up to 7 days and you are notified by email. Your access continues during these 7 days. If the payment still does not go through, the web subscription is cancelled and paid access ends.
Price Changes: We may change web subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal — you may cancel before then if you do not accept it.
One Subscription per Account: If your account already has an active Google Play subscription, a web subscription cannot be started. If a Google Play and a web subscription are nevertheless both active on the same account, the automatic renewal of the web subscription is stopped: you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and the web subscription is not charged again. A Google Play subscription is managed and cancelled in Google Play.
Availability: Web subscriptions cannot be purchased from countries and territories where Link does not sell (currently China, Cuba, Iran, Kosovo, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ascension Island and Tristan da Cunha).
This section applies only to subscriptions bought on the web. Subscriptions bought in the Android app are sold by Google Play and are governed by section 7.A and Google Play's terms.

You may delete your account at any time:
Web subscriptions: Deleting your account automatically cancels your web subscription, at the latest within one hour — you will not be charged again.
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through the Google Play Store to avoid further charges.
Upon termination, you lose access to all paid features. No refund is provided for terminated accounts unless required by applicable law (e.g., where termination results from our material breach).
All content provided by Edgity — including statistical models, probability calculations, algorithms, source code, design, branding, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of Gergely Gyüre and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App and its content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute (individually or in bulk), resell, publicly display, or commercially exploit any probability estimates or analytics generated by Edgity without prior written consent.
We strive to provide continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
We will not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the service. Where appropriate, we may compensate subscribers for prolonged outages by extending subscription periods.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version, and we will inform you of significant changes in the App before they take effect. Continued use of Edgity after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and may cancel your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
EU Consumer Rights: If you are an EU consumer, you retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law and the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
