This page explains how to permanently delete your Edgity account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time, free of charge.
The fastest way to delete your account:
If you no longer have access to the App, send us a deletion request from the email address associated with your Edgity account:
Request deletion by emailPlease send the request from the email address linked to your account so we can verify your identity. If you send it from a different address, we may ask for additional verification before proceeding.

| Purchase records | We keep no billing records of our own. Google Play is the seller of subscriptions purchased in the App and keeps the purchase records under its own policy |

If you delete your account in the App (or on the web at edgity.app), your account and the data above are deleted immediately, usually within minutes.
If you request deletion by email, we will delete your account within 30 days of your request and reply to confirm.
We recommend cancelling your subscription before requesting account deletion.
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Your preferences, saved matches, and history are gone permanently. If you wish to use Edgity again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
